DESIGN BUILD and CONSULTING

Patterson Pools offers design build construction.  With design build, the contractor is responsible for all aspects of design from preliminary design to final construction.

The Design Build Process includes:

*  Meet with client

*  Review client's needs

*  Provide budgeting based upon designs

*  Develop a plan for construction

Patterson Pools also offers aquatics consulting.  Patterson Pools served as consultants to many area Architects and Engineers providing mechanical design assistance, estimating, product application, evaluation and systems analysis.  Municipal Consulting service is also available for renovation of existing facilities; planning for future projects, project estimating for levy requests and grant applications and preparation of plans for Ohio Department of Health.  

Over the past 70 years, Patterson Pools has been involved in the Design and/or Construction of 1,200 commercial swimming facilities in Ohio and surrounding states.
